I ordered the free trial over the internet - to pay shipping charge only. When I received a phone call to verify the order and the membership I told them I did not want the membership, I had only wanted to try the sample. They did not cancel the order and I have since had three other charges to my account. Twenty days after the call I was charged $79.95. On 11/7/09 I was charged $79.62 and $3.95. I called to cancel again and was given a return merchandise number, but at this time have not even received a product to return (other than the original sample which can no longer be returned). read full review »
