Salesman place my name on a credit card machine lease and then forged my signature. I had no involvement with the business which was owned by my wife and her partner. Through an attorney I provided numerous documents that proved I did not sign the agreement. Northern Leasing, aka Golde Eagle Leasing finally dropped a lawsuit against me, but filed a derogatory report with Experian Credit Bureau.
