The thing is this...I was summons 1 week bfore the 5 year KS SOL...thought I had that beat with this whole TILA rules of saying a cc not a contract by fed law. Well the plaintiff says it is...At this point we are going back and forth on this shit and its not solving anything. I know for a fact that a good judge will look at the fed law and abibe by it because federal law also says suppercedes UNLESS the court offers a beneficial situation to the defendent.
