My name is Chonya Hanna, I am an ex employee of FSNB in Rockingham, NC. and my complaint is from November 10, 2009. I recieved a check in the mail from the Apollo Group, and I went into the branch to deposit it, and while there, I opened a new account because my previous one was closed due to inactivity. but when I was being "trained", I was told that an account was not to be closed except on a zero balance.
