I was cheated of a prepaid service by these liars. I own a pantech matrix phone set up on a prepaid service since June 09 and never had a servere problem with it until November 9th 09. I was checking my voicemail through my own landline and got charged for it ( a $1 daily access fee and $ .10 for the first minute). I knew this was an incorrect charge so I immediately called customer services to address the issue. After talking to two different representatives I got different answers from both.
