I try to post an advert on monster.com. As I try to fill in the details on jobs and other data, then it comes with a message about "Region" which means I cannot continue and complete the whole process. Try and call Monster.COm hotline and no one answer. Then have to go to Reeds.com. few days later, Monster.com called and ask I have not post, which I explain the problem.
