We purchased our house, which was built in 2001, in 2005. Since we moved in we have experienced many major and minor problems, some deadly. In order of severity, they are: 1. The 2-story concrete archway over the front porch collapsed without warning. Anyone standing at our front door would have been killed. 2. We have had two gas leaks from the kitchen, both extremely dangerous and due to corroded pipes. 3.
