On 4 February 2009 I ordered boots from fittedbootstore.com and the money was taken from my card that day. Despite numerous phone calls and e-mails all I have received are 2 "standard" replies apologising for delay and that matters will be sorted. On 24 April 2009 I sent off a recorded delivery letter to them as per Trading Standards recommendations and again, no response. I wish I had never ordered from this site, there are now numerous others in the same position as myself, all having had monies taken from their cards and no deliveries of boots.
