I ordered a music stander one month ago. they charged my credit card but I never get my order. I call their phone number ten times a day, the phone always busy. I emailed them they said the phone is down. I guess it is down forever. every email they promise to replace my order. will ship in 2 -3 days. But after 4 promises, I still get nothing. I never had such bad experience before for online shopping. I will never never shop on Harmony online. read full review »
