After one succesful repair to our $1600 slide-in range, the same part, the control panel, digits 7, 8, 9 and 0 stopped working. After two service calls, two different service call charges and numerous calls to Jenn-Air customer service (if that's what they insist it is called), I was informed that the part was no longer manufactured, due to defective issues they have been unable to correct.
