This woman is the most egotistical snob you could ever imagine. Her retainer is ridiculous and she will tell you anything to squeeze it out of you! But it was when I overheard her verbally abusing her assistant and other staff that I pulled my case from her and went elsewhere. First, the phone is frequently down on claim days, and people cannot file their claims at all. Secondly, they are misinforming people regarding the wait time on hold...being the 5th person in line takes 80 mins.?? I was on hold one day for 3 hrs.
