I am writing a formal complaint about management at Highland View. I have never had an apartment manager behave the way that the manager, Keith behaves here. I have been told lie after lie and I don't know who to believe. I have complained repeatedly about my neighbors being loud and nothing has been done about it. I was promised "quiet living conditions" and was assured any problems regarding noise would be dealt with immediately.
