DRI Trendmicro has charged my account with 44.95 for an unauthorized debit. I want a full refund immediately upon receipt of this complaint. My bank is also doing an investigation into this, as this is the second time this has happened within the same week. I got the other one taken care of, now I want this refund into my account. I have also filed a complaint with our states Attorney General and with the Better Business Bureau in my state. I want this to be taken care of or will go the extra steps I have to take. read full review »
