I have purchased 4 appliances from Sears for my kitchen. Every one of them has required service. During the warrenty period I called for service and was transferred from one incompetent and nasty customer service person to another. I spent no less then 2 hours on each phone call session. My dishwasher was having problems from the beginning (while under warranty) and a service man was called. He gave us advice on how to "fix" the lack of clean dishes (add a solution every 3 months for at least 2-3 cycles). After just two of these... read full review »
