I understood that I signed up for a free something. I have been out of town and have not used this service -- and do not want this service. I called my back to report an unauthorized charge and then immediately cancelled the service that I was unaware I was being charged for. I called the company who informed me that they would not give my money back . When I asked to speak to a supervisior or manager I was told that the was no one else there. They had no record of any cancellation so I had to have my back cancel my debit card account. This company ripped me off for over $250. I am out of work and this is a travesty.
