I had applied for a telephone connection on 21/10/2009 @ etisalat main office in Diera Dubai and they alloted me a number also (042627909). But unfortunately, untill now, they are not able to provide that connection. After applyin on 21st of october, I visited their business center twice. But they were not able to give a proper reply on it.
