I ordered the T1i from Closeout Island and called to confirm my order. I knew they would try to "sell" me additional accessories. After being on hold over 30+ minutes, Manager Ralph tried to sell me a 5-hour battery stating the Canon battery was good for 15 minutes only. I told him I was only interested in what I had ordered. I was angry with him--and as rude to him as he was to me. I never received my promised email stating when the camera would be shipped. I called Ralph back several days later.
