First off the product did not work at all, but the company has a 100% return garantie. So I try calling the phone number on the web site and it just constantly rings busy. Then I email the address that was attached to my receipt that the company emailed me. I got a really quick response with an address of where to send the product back. I tracked the package and when they received it they sent an email saying they issued a refund to my account.
