Saw charges on my bill which I mistakenly assumed was something else. After a few month, realized the $10 monthly charges was not for the service I assumed. I called them and...there applogetic staff knows this is illegal and will quickly applogize and "credit" your account up to 6 credits or 60 dollars along with graciously cancelling your service that most of us never signed up for.
