They are a scam! They take your retainer fee and email you a bunch of lies, then they do not contact you and you hound them for proof that they are working for you which they refuse to provide any proof that they sent out your letters. Then, they close shop, switch company names so you can't find them! This company has closed it's doors because so many people caught on that they are full of lies, and are fraudulent.
