Unfortunatly i used this site thinking it was an official GHD retailer based in the UK but after not recieveing any correspondence to my emails i did some research. It seems the company is based in CHina and the Credit Card payment was listed as UGG Mart so not a uk seller at all. The straighteners were bought as a gift and still have not recieved anything or any return to the many emails i have sent, the phone number doesn't work either. Unfortunatly it seems my money has been wasted and will have to buy again from elsewhere as it was intended as a gift. read full review »
