I was "approved" for $100, 000 loan, which I was going to use for the purchase toward a home. I was told that I had to send 12 months security deposit of $13, 454.80. I was unable to come up with this amount so I called "James "JIM" Adams" the agent I was working with at extention 520, and was told that the interest rate would be increased half percent and I would only have to send $8, 091.00 I almost wired that money today...thank GOD I found this website.
