I returned two posters to Allposters.com in late 2007 for reasons of "product quality" (the coloration of the two posters, which online appeared to be a set, was different) and was promised a refund (of more than $50). The refund never arrived and I have worked multiple times to get it, each time being promised that "a committee would meet and approve" my refund or given a specific date when a check would be mailed. Eventually, I was told that my transaction was now too old and no longer in the system, etc. I felt totally scammed and would counsel against doing business with the firm. read full review »
