I contacted FreightCenter about a shipment of a valuable, delicate dining room table. It required "white glove" service. I was assured by the "broker" that for my >$600 that the table would have the legs removed, wrapped and placed on a pallet ON SITE. The day the table was to be picked up, the lady from whom I purchased the table (Ms. Hamilton)called me to let me know that two men with little more than a pickup truck were simply carrying the table out of the house and putting it on the truck.
