Few months back, Xoom was service which i transferred money from Sri Lanka to Viet Nam for my mom who is living there. And this is good service and really easily, quickly for my mom to get cash from me. This time, she is needing some more money, but i can't send her, because Xoom's customer service said: they closed this service in Viet Nam, Why is that? How can i transfer money to my mom quickly?
