my cougar need a transmission in it, the repair shop call cars and gave them all the information they needed to get the car fix. When cars received this information they would come up with all kinds of excuses to not honor there warranty and we would go back and fore with this for days on. This when on for 2 weeks and they don't paid for nothing and if your deductible is a 100.00 you are not just going to pay that amount you end up paying most of what the actual cost is to fix your car.
