I have a complaint pending with Money worries for a refund for £350.00. I have left various messages for Hannah to call me back and she isn't returning my call. At the same time as my complaint to money worries I reported them to the financial Ombudsman. Money worries have until 2nd December to reply to my complaint otherwise the ombudsman will take it further on my behalf.
