I was told my car would need a new waterpump and authorized the service (along with the cost). They replaced other items in the car without calling me for my authorization, the final price was $174.00 MORE than what I was told and had authorized. It's unfortunate because some of the parts they replaced did not need to be replaced, they were new. read full review »
