I am not sure where this complaint is going, but when I try to cancel my Dermitage after I realized it was breaking my face out, I called and canceled my order. In good faith the customer service representative offered me another 2 weeks, so I thought I would try it a little longer. The two weeks should have ended November 14th like the customer service rep told me. Instead they billed my account for 89.99 and told me that the product was already on my way to my house.
