My husband and I just purchased a home and were forced to use landamerica home warranty company for our appliance warranty. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Our cook top and oven went out back to back because they were so old. They made us be without any way of cooking (with a child in the home) for over 2 weeks while they still refused to replace it even though it was said by the repair company that it COULD NOT be fixed.
