Wow, George Donovan I wish I knew. I was sent his add from craigslist with his winter special. I called George and he seem nice enough. After talking to him I discovered we had a mutual friend. That friend told me he did fantastic work and that he knew him for the better part of seven years. After a week of discussion I decided that George was the man for the job. I had him look the job over, he wrote out the contract and asked for 1/2 down on a $4800 job. I gave him $300 cash and sent in a check to him two days later.
