Email them and ask if they could fix a dual External Enclosures that they make. But I told them not to do anything till I was told what it would cost. They email me back after three weeks saying there was nothing wrong and I need to fill out one of their RMA and give them $45.00 dollars . They would not tell me but after three or four emails they told me that was there charge to look at the unit.
