My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it. It was clearly used with many months of wear and it had a new sticker placed over what was left of the old one.
