My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it. It was clearly used with many months of wear and it had a new sticker placed over what was left of the old one. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS and THIEVES. They claimed they had the product I was looking for at a reasonable price, but they lied. I tried to cancel the order, but they were just stringing me along. Eventually they claimed they would refund my money in "1 business cycle", but I never trusted them so I sent the paperwork to my bank to dispute the charge and waited the month. After a month, NO REFUND, so I called my bank and they refunded my money. read full review »
