Bank of America was suppose to paid my Home Owners Insurance on 9/14/09; on 10/14/09 I received a letter from AAA stating no payment had been received. BoA said they would place a stop payment on the check on 10/15/09 and send out a new check. On 10/27/09 I had to pay for my insurance via a credit card and BoA informed me that a stop payment had not been issued but the check had been sent to research and it would take 10-15 days to be completed.
