To say that I have been disappointed by USAA in handling my refi would be a gross understatement. I have been with USAA for more than 20 years - and have always been impressed with their customer service. So much in fact, we have our checking/savings and car/home/life insurances with them. But - because of their poor service, incorrect information, and general inepitude - we will be moving all of our accounts.
