I cancelled my Service in summer of 2008 and found in December 2008 they were still charging my credit card. I cancelled again in December 2008. They were supposed to credit my credit card but only gave me credit for for services...( whatever that means)...In May 2008 the service was automatically activated again without my request or my knowledge, they stated it was an automatic activiation...and my charge card was charged again.
