I filed a claim for a broken phone last week and after putting a $300.00 hold on a credit card, I was told I would receive my replacement phone within 48 hours. I never received the phone and no one bothered to contact me so I called back and was told that the reason I hadnt received the phone yet was because that model had been discontinued.
