I ordered a background check from Integrascan for a person that I know has a criminal record. Integrascan refund policy states that there is a record within their coverage and it doesn't show up in the search results they will give a refund for this search. Their coverage policy states, though very vaguely, that not all counties are covered by them but the counties that they don't cover are not listed anywhere on their website.
