Regions sends out online payments that are scheduled to go out on another date when it overdraws your account because they send it out on the wrong date they charge you overdraft. They try and convince you it is your fault when they sent it out on the wrong date as if they say it so its true. The phone customer service are rude you spend hours of being hung up on transferred and they will not even listen to your side or look at the proff. Try and close a account still working on trying to do that failed on our first try my husband is going to try next time. read full review »
