Wesley Berry Florist has refused to refund my money for an order I cancelled while I was on the phone with them contemplating placing an order. They then sent me an email confirming I had placed an order when I did not. I immediately telephoned them back that told them I had not placed the order and to refund my card immediately and they said they would. I spoke with a Daniel, who is suppose to be the bookkeeper, who said I needed to wait 10 days, when the first person I spoke with had told me it would be refunded immediate. However it has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing but lies them them. They have no intention of refunding my money. read full review »
