They were pretty nice as I told them the debt was past statue of limitations and could not be collected here in Ca.I was told that they would enter into record (whatever that means) I figure it is a refusal to pay on my part. This stems from PG&E trying to charge me for a month of service where I had stopped service and moved. The down side is they have called at 8:15 on the dot for the last 2 weeks, I have sent a cease and desist letter so hoping it works. each call the caller seems to be a little more agitated and pushy and does not want to hear my side, so I will not be answring anymore calls at 8:15 am. read full review »
