I am having the same issues that everyone else is with this company and i have found that there was a class action lawsuit against them for this activity in 2007. I am not sure what the results of the case were but how is it that they are still getting away wih this? North Shore is saying that I have a delinquent account with Guns and Ammo but Guns and Ammo says that my account is fine. I checked my credit report days ago and have a monitoring service that will alert me of any changes to my credit. My credit is clean so where is this company coming from and how can i get them to stop sending me letters? read full review »
