They locked my entire business account because one of my clients gave me a check that bounced - and my available balance more than quadrupled the bounce check. I called Cust Serv (horrible)! She told me it was their Loss Prevention policy to lock the account and that they could not lock the account for just the amount of the check - so the whole account was locked.
