there is a charge of $19.08 applied to my telephone bill -AT&T, that I did not authorize, labeled -IMPLIED SERVICES, LLC - OAN, for telephone number 248-454-0047, which is a number I no longer have and have not had for quite a few months, I had that number disconnected in August, 09.
