I truly believe this company is a complete fraud. I had a portrait sitting for my daughter on 10-31-09. I received the photos today. Suffice it to say, they looked NOTHING like the proofs. I paid for the pitures in their entirety upon order. However, I was never advised that Picture Me Portraits has a "NO REFUND" policy. Surprise, Surprise- this was NEVER mentioned upon order!
