Each and every day I am inundated from calls by these phone numbers 321-735-9690 and 904-863-0200. This is a scam operation out of Florida, that offers a better rate on your credit card, but first you must send them money or provide them with your credit card information. My phone subscriber has tried various ways to circumvent these calls, but they persist. I've tried e-mailing law enforcement in the areas where these calls originate, but have been unable to retrieve a viable e-mail to these police departments.
