This company is shady. My credit card was stolen and someone made a purchase of this TriClear stuff. Oddly enough, it was shipped to my house. I called Triclear to make sure the account was canceled and to get the packaged shipped back. They canceled the account but refused to refund the shipping charged to my card. . And even after I had verified the information on my account and only one thing differed (my email address) they refused to give me the email address so I could help the police track down the person who stole my card to begin... read full review »
