I order this product on 1-4-09, it arrived on the 13th, On the 18th I called 866 360-1477 twice to cancel and got voice mail to leave a message and placed on hold. No one ever answered the phone. I called three times on the 19th and once on the 20th the phone rang I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I called this morning (21st) after seeing they had charge my card in the amount of $88.97 and spoke with Anna who told me it was to late for a refund due to the fact the 15 day trial was over.
