On November 5, 2009 I went to the website (www.grants360.com) and ordered a CD. The website said the CD was free, but you had to pay $1.95 shipping cost. I used my NetSpend VISA to pay this charge. It appears on my transaction summary (which I am including in this fax transmission) as $1.95 plus another charge of $1.00 for using a Debit Card. This transaction is OK, although I have not yet received the CD. On the next day, I did not go to their website, but they charged my account $57.61.
